2027 Open Enrollment: Same Premiums, Comprehensive Coverage

For 2027, your medical premiums will be unchanged. Premiums for dental, vision, voluntary life, and supplemental long-term disability coverage will also stay the same. Our medical plans offer comprehensive benefits with out-of-pocket costs that compare favorably to benchmarks.

Open enrollment is also a great time to explore the broader benefits available to you, including:

• Wellness incentives: Complete the wellness program to receive a reduced monthly premium for PPO and Surest plans or increased employer HSA contribution, depending on your plan.
• Healthy living support: Dario offers resources and care for diabetes, hypertension, weight management, musculoskeletal health, and mental health. New for 2027, Dario’s Women’s Health program will offer personalized tools and resources to support women through perimenopause, menopause, and other hormonal transitions.
• Time to recharge and give back: Depending on eligibility, time off benefits include PTO, health and wellness hours, sick and safe time, and an annual paid volunteer day.

Minnesota Paid Family and Medical Leave in 2027

In 2027, we will transition from our current private equivalent plan to the state Minnesota Paid Family and Medical Leave (MN PFML) program. Based on its performance so far, we are confident the state program will serve you well. For the second year, the company will cover 100% of the required MN PFML contributions, so you will not have a payroll deduction for this contribution.

The company also offers paid leave for short-term disability, parenting, and family caregiving. We will share more information about the transition to the state plan later this fall.
