Our medical plans offer comprehensive benefits with out-of-pocket costs that compare favorably to benchmarks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Support for your health, finances, and life outside work<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Open enrollment is also a great time to explore the broader benefits available to you, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Wellness incentives:<\/strong> Complete the wellness program to receive a reduced monthly premium for PPO and Surest plans or increased employer HSA contribution, depending on your plan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Healthy living support:<\/strong> Dario offers resources and care for diabetes, hypertension, weight management, musculoskeletal health, and mental health. Based on its performance so far, we are confident the state program will serve you well. <strong>For the second year, the company will cover 100% of the required MN PFML contributions<\/strong>, so you will not have a payroll deduction for this contribution.<\/p>\n<p>The company also offers paid leave for short-term disability, parenting, and family caregiving.
