Download the Wellbeats app or visit the website portal:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/portal.wellbeats.com\/#\/idle\">portal.wellbeats.com<\/a><br \/>\n2. Select \u201cRegister Via Code\u201d and enter your invitation code: bf803a54<br \/>\n3. Select Challenges from the main menu and select the Show Your Pride Challenge to get started OR additional videos!<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nHow to Receive Credit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Each time you complete a portion of the challenge OR an additional workout video\/activity through Wellbeats you will self-report your participation on the Wellness Portal<\/p>\n<p>1. Simply navigate to your Wellness Portal&gt;MENU&gt;ResultsNow&gt;One (1) Additional Activity<\/p>\n<p>2. Click the event labeled +Wellbeats Week 1<\/p>\n<p>3. Select Confirm Participation<\/p>\n<p>4. Enter in the Date of Completion and click Confirm<\/p>\n<p>5.
